We ask questions, tell you honestly whether automation is the right answer, and say whether your idea is a standard automation or a complex one. You leave with a clear next step, even if you never hire us.

Yes, for standard automations. We do not charge for planning, building, testing or delivering your first standard automation. You pay only the essential costs that belong to other companies: server hosting, AI usage, and API or WhatsApp message fees. Complex automations are charged, and we say so on the first call.

Standard means one clear job with a few steps, like replying to new leads on WhatsApp, sending website chat details to your CRM or sheet, asking for a review after a job, or sending reminders. Complex means many steps, many tools, special business rules or many users, like a full lead system with ads, portals and WhatsApp together, a staff copilot, or an agency system for many clients. If you are not sure, we tell you on the call.

After the call we take 2 to 3 days to plan and design it. The plan shows exactly what we will build, and the price comes from what the automation has to do: how many steps, how many tools it connects to, and how many people use it. You see the price in writing before we build anything.

Not in advance. We build it, you test it, and you pay when the finished automation is delivered and you are satisfied. For your first standard automation there is nothing to pay us, only the essential costs described above.

You do, directly to those companies. We set up the hosting, AI and WhatsApp accounts in your name, so the charges go straight from them to you. We never hold your money for these costs and we add no markup.

Ready-made tools give everyone the same template. We start by understanding your business, then design the automation around how you actually work: your rules, your price list, your tools, and the point where a person should step in. Then we test it with you before you pay.

Planning takes 2 to 3 days after the first call. A standard automation is usually built, tested and delivered within about a week after you approve the plan. Complex systems take longer, and the plan gives you a date.

Yes. We can build larger systems around the real complexity of your business, such as portal and ad lead intake, staff copilots, document answers with staff approval, and systems for agencies. These are charged, and the price is shown in the plan before we build.

Our focus is automations and small systems around one workflow. If your need is bigger than that, tell us on the free call. We will say honestly whether we can do it well, or point you to a better option.

GrowthOS and Reputation OS are ready-made software with monthly plans. Custom AI Systems are built for a workflow no ready-made product covers. If a ready-made product fits you, we will say so on the call.

ChatGPT is a model and n8n is a toolkit. A working automation is the model plus your rules, your approved knowledge, your CRM and calendar, the steps that actually update a record, and a human handoff when the AI should stop. We build and test that for you. If a simple Zap or an existing app already solves your problem, we will tell you not to buy custom.

You do. After delivery you get the source, configuration, credentials and a live walkthrough. We can keep running it for you, or hand it to your own server. Ongoing hosting is billed at actual cost, and any optional monthly care is agreed with you in writing.

n8n for workflows, Python for rules and dashboards, Claude and OpenAI for drafting and scoring, and the Meta Cloud API for WhatsApp. We choose what fits your stack.

Not on our public menu. Missed-call handling needs the phone provider in your country, and we do not sell voice robots until we can show our own working version. If you already have a number on Twilio or similar, ask us on the call.

Yes. It calls a live model with a fixed real-estate WhatsApp scenario. It is a demo only: messages are not saved or sent to a real brokerage. The animated flow at the top of the page is an illustration of the same idea, and it is labelled as one.
